Les 1 564 572 actions nouvelles, issues de l’augmentation du capital de la société NSIA BANQUE CI par apport partiel d’actifs de la succursale ivoirienne de NSIA BANQUE BENIN, seront admises à la cote le vendredi 12 février 2021 selon la BRVM. Pour rappel, l’opération entrainera une augmentation du capital de la société NSIA BANQUE CI pour un milliard cinq cent soixante-quatre millions cinq cent soixante-douze mille (1 564 572 000) FCFA.
