Sovereign security

  • Home
  • Sovereign security

A sovereign security is a regulated and remunerated financial asset.

In other words, to finance development programs, States issue securities that are purchased by investors, who receive interest as remuneration. These securities are known for their lower-risk nature.

FGI assists you in the acquisition of these sovereign securities of the UEMOA States by carrying out all the necessary regulatory due diligence.

As an authorised player in the WAEMU financial market, FGI participates in these sovereign issuance operations, often acting as co-lead manager for government bonds.
