Air Liquide Ivory Coast is a subsidiary of the Air Liquide group established in Ivory Coast since 1948. The company employs 83 people at two sites in the industrial zone. AIR LIQUIDE markets a wide range of products and services classified into five activities: industrial gases, medical equipment and consumables, welding and cutting, hygiene and fire protection.

Alios Finance Côte d’Ivoire is the oldest company in the Alios Finance group. It was established in 1956, it is the first private financial institution in West Africa. Alios Finance Côte d´Ivoire is a limited company incorporated under the laws of Côte d’Ivoire , and an establishment approved by the Banking Commission. Alios Finance Côte d’Ivoire is 51.95% owned by the Alios Finance group. Alios Finance Côte d’Ivoire is listed on the regional stock exchange in Abidjan, under its legal name SAFCA.

BERNABE CI was created in 1951 by Descours & Cabaud (Africa). With 61 years of existence, BERNABE excels in the marketing and distribution of hardware products, industrial equipment, metallurgical products and construction materials. The shares of its share capital are 80% held by YESHIGROUP and 20% by the Ivorian stock market.

La Banque Internationale pour le Commerce et l’Industrie de la Côte d’Ivoire (BICI CI), a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Group, is a public limited company with its headquarters in Abidjan. BICI CI is present in 15 cities, through a network of 32 agencies spread over the whole of Ivorian territory.

Created in June 1989, BANK OF AFRICA – BENIN (BOA-BENIN) is the second bank of the BANK OF AFRICA Group after BOA-MALI. The counters opened to the public on January 15, 1990. Its capital currently stands at CFAF 20.2 billion. It is the only bank and the only Beninese company listed on the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM). BOA-BENIN is the country’s largest banking network with 52 branches as of June 30, 2019.

BANK OF AFRICA – BURKINA FASO is a Burkinabé banking establishment created on March 12, 1997 as a public limited company with a Board of Directors. La Compagnie Ivoirienne d’Electricité is a private operator which has been in charge of the supply of electricity in Côte d’Ivoire since 1990. It is linked to the State of Côte d’Ivoire by a concession agreement which was renewed in October 2005 for an additional 15 years. Société Ivoirienne d’Emballages Métalliques (Crown Siem) is a public limited company with a capital of 1 889 220 000 CFA francs. Its shareholders include Crown European Holding (85.24%), La Fondation Masseye (3.69%), the free float on the BRVM (10.42%) and small holders in France (0.65%). In addition, the company has a 100% subsidiary in Ghana, called Crown Cans Ghana Ltd.

Coris Bank International, created in January 2008, currently holds a capital of 32 billion FCFA. It is the second Burkinabé bank listed on the BRVM. Coris Bank has a network of 42 branches including 21 branches in Ouagadougou including 01 branch dedicated to Islamic Finance, and 19 branches in the Province and 01 mobile branch. The bank is present in Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal and Benin. CBI is a universal commercial bank operating in the Retail, Corporate and financial markets which provides its customers with the expertise of a powerful and structured group.

Ecobank Côte d’Ivoire started its commercial activities in 1989 with a share capital of 2 billion FCFA following the acquisition of Chase Manhattan Bank. It is one of the first subsidiaries of the ECOBANK Group. It specializes in private, SME and Institutional segments. Ecobank Côte d’Ivoire is positioned, as of December 31, 2017 as the second (2nd) bank in the Ivorian market both in terms of resources and employment, with respective market shares estimated at 13.20% and 11.50%.

Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI), a public limited company, was created in 1985 as a banking holding company on the initiative of the Federation of West African Chambers of Commerce with the support of the Economic Community of African States (ECOWAS). Ecobank is a universal bank focused on Sub-Saharan Africa, offering retail banking, investment banking and electronic payment services. iltisac ou Filature, Tissage, Sacs (Spinning, Weaving, Bags), is a manufacturing unit for natural fiber bags of the company IPS (Industrial Promotion Services) launched in 1965 to support the growth of coffee-cocoa exports in Côte d’Ivoire. SITAB specializes in the manufacture and marketing of cigarettes. The company has 93 employees and is listed on the first compartment of the Abidjan regional stock exchange.

Nouvelles Editions Ivoiriennes – Centre d’Editions et de Diffusion Africaines specializes in publishing books and works in the fields of school education, general literature and children’s books . It is the result of the merger between Nouvelles Editions Ivoiriennes (NEI) and the Centre d’Editions et de Diffusion Africaines Nei-Ceda, a leader in Côte d’Ivoire in its field of activity.

NSIA began its activities in 1995 with the creation in Côte d’Ivoire of a non-life insurance company. L’Office National des Télécommunications (ONATEL) du Burkina is a public limited company with a capital of CFAF 34 billion. Its activities are mainly oriented towards fixed and mobile telecommunications, internet access and data transmission. TELMOB is the mobile telephony segment. The leading Burkinabé operator, it has the largest network in terms of coverage, subscribers and distributors.

The Orabank group is present in 12 countries in West and Central Africa. The company is listed on the first compartment of the Abidjan regional stock exchange.

SOGB CI is a public limited company with a capital of 21.6 billion FCFA. Listed on the BRVM since 1998, the company SOGB mainly produces rubber but also palm oil. It operates in Côte d’Ivoire and exports a large part of its rubber production while palm oil is marketed locally.

SOCIETE GENERAL COTE D'IVOIRE

Founded in 1962, Societe Generale de Banques en Côte d’Ivoire (SGBCI) is a subsidiary of Societe Generale, one of the largest banking groups in the world. Present for more than 50 years in Ivory Coast, it is establishing itself as a benchmark bank in the Ivorian banking market. It provides traditional banking services to individuals as well as to businesses. Established in Ivory Coast since 1976, Société Ivoirienne de Cables (SICABLE) specializes in the manufacture of electric cables. TOTAL Côte d’Ivoire, a public limited company with a capital of 3.148 billion FCFA, is a subsidiary of the TOTAL group present in the Ivorian territory since 1947. TOTAL CI has a network of 140 stations located in the country. The company is listed on the first compartment of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM).

Created in March 1976 at the initiative of the Ivorian government, the Multinational Bitumen Company (SMB), specializing in the production, storage and marketing of road bitumen, has made it possible to carry out major road programs in Côte d’Ivoire and in the sub-region. SMB participates in the construction of interstate highways in Africa and its products are distributed in West and Central Africa. A subsidiary of the ERANOVE group, La Société de Distribution d’Eau de la Cote d´Ivoire (SODECI) is a private public service company. It is linked to the State of Côte d’Ivoire by drinking water and sanitation affermage contracts. These contracts with the State allow SODECI to operate, maintain and renew existing structures.

SOLIBRA, born from the merger of SOCIGLACE from Côte d’Ivoire with a group of Belgian brewers, Artois in 1960, is an agrifood industry whose main activity is the manufacture and sale of beer, soft drinks and natural mineral water. SOLIBRA is owned by the BGI group, which is very active in the beer and soft drinks sectors. The group has an extensive portfolio of local and international brands.

The Sonatel group is a public limited company with a capital of 50 billion FCFA, which offers global telecommunications solutions in the fields of fixed, mobile, internet, television and data for individuals and businesses. . It has more than 3000 employees and is present in 5 West African countries (Senegal, Mali, Guinea, Guinea Bissau and Sierra Leone). The company has the highest capitalization at the level of the BRVM.

Born from the privatization of Sodesucre and a subsidiary of the SIFCA Group since 1997, Sucrivoire specializes in the exploitation of sugar cane plantations, and the production and marketing of cane sugar. Sucrivoire has more than 14,044 ha of industrial plantations and two Integrated Agricultural Units (Borotou-Koro and Zuénoula). Société d’Etudes et de Travaux pour l’Afrique de l’Ouest (SETAO) is a company specializing in consulting and engineering services in the construction industry. SETAO is a subsidiary of the group. Société Anonyme de droit Ivoirien, La Société Ivoirienne de Banque (SIB) has existed since 1962. A leading bank in Côte d’Ivoire, SIB is a subsidiary of the Attijariwafa bank Group. Having always manifested its vocation as a universal bank, SIB offers services and products to individuals, professionals, SMEs, and Large Enterprises. Every year, it helps finance agricultural campaigns, and in particular the coffee-cocoa campaign. SIB is also developing online banking services that cover the needs of all of its business and private customers.

Total Senegal, an oil company subsidiary of the Total group is a limited company incorporated under Senegalese laws and which has been operating in Senegal since 1976. However, the group has been present in Senegal since 1947 through the CFDPA (Compagnie Française de Distribution du Pétrole en Afrique). Created following an agreement between the Ivorian government and its partners Texoprint and Unilever in 1968, UNIWAX is the Ivorian leader in the manufacture and marketing of wax loincloths. The products are sold under the UNIWAX brand. The company is also developing a loincloth customization activity. UNIWAX is part of the Vilsco group.

Vivo Energy is the exclusive holder of the Shell license in Africa. Co-owned by Vitol and Helios Investment Partners. Its Ivorian subsidiary is one of the main players in the differentiated fuels and lubricants market. Vivo Energy Côte d’Ivoire’s network includes more than 150 service stations, nearly half of which are in Abidjan, the other sites spread throughout the country, providing it with national coverage.
