  • TOGO: Togo is appealing to regional savers with attractive rates, offering two bond opportunities with competitive yields (6.50% and 6.70%) over 5 and 7 years.

As a member of the underwriting syndicate, Finance Gestion et Intermédiation is pleased to inform you of the launch, on 8 January 2026, of the Togolese Government’s bond issue via a Public Offering (APE) for an amount of 60 billion CFA francs.

The bond issue comprises two tranches, named ‘TPTG 6.50% 2026–2031’ and ‘TPTG 6.70% 2026–2033’ respectively. The funds raised are intended to finance the investments set out in the State budget for the year 2026.

The main features of this operation are as follows:

TRANCHE 1: 20 billion CFA francs with a 5-year maturity, at a unit price of 10,000 CFA francs, carrying an annual interest rate of 6.50%, to be repaid by annual lump-sum amortisation after a one-year grace period.

TRANCHE 2: 40 billion CFA francs with a 7-year maturity, at a unit price of 10,000 CFA francs, carrying an annual interest rate of 6.70%, to be repaid by equal annual instalments following a two-year grace period.

This investment is open to all investors, whether individuals or legal entities, and whether or not they are resident in the WAEMU region. The subscription period runs from 8 to 23 January 2026.
