  • ALIOS FINANCE CÔTE D'IVOIRE (FORMERLY SAFCA CI): ALIOS FINANCE CÔTE D'IVOIRE DELIVERS EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE IN Q1 2026, WITH A NET PROFIT OF FCFA 151 MILLION, UP 1,062% COMPARED TO END-MARCH 2025

In the first quarter of 2026, Alios Finance Côte d'Ivoire recorded a sharp acceleration in activity, reflected in a 29% increase in Net Banking Income (NBI), which stood at FCFA 1.40 billion, compared to FCFA 1.08 billion a year earlier, representing an absolute gain of FCFA +315 million. This commercial momentum was accompanied by a marked improvement in the cost of risk, which fell by 75%, from FCFA 89 million to FCFA 22 million, reflecting a more prudent provisioning policy. The final result was very solid, with net profit of FCFA 151 million, a clear improvement compared to the FCFA 13 million of Q1 2025, representing an exceptional increase of FCFA +138 million (+1,062%), confirming a significant recovery in profitability.

On the balance sheet side, the institution reported sustained total asset growth of 21%, to FCFA 88.42 billion compared to FCFA 73.20 billion a year earlier. This expansion was primarily driven by customer operations, which grew by 26% on the asset side (FCFA 64.43 billion) and by 87% on the liability side (FCFA 11.15 billion), reflecting increased recourse to customer resources. Shareholders' equity increased by 16% to FCFA 6.07 billion, strengthening the financial base and supporting growth.

This robustness is reflected in prudential ratios, all significantly above regulatory standards, notably the Tier 1 capital ratio at 10.346% (standard ≥ 8.5%), the total solvency ratio at 11.643% (standard ≥ 11.250%), and the leverage ratio at 4.03% (standard ≥ 3%).
