COMPANY SAVINGS PLAN (PEE)

The PEE is funded by voluntary contributions from employees and contributions paid by the company at the end of the year

The Employee Savings Plan, commonly known as "PEE" (Plan Epargne Entreprise), is a collective savings product that allows employees of a company to build up a supplementary retirement income or to finance an important project (real estate acquisition, children's education, etc.).
The PEE is recommended for employees grouped collectively who are keen to achieve their goals.
Profile

The implementation of the Employee Savings Plan "PEE" allows all employees of the company, in proportion to their savings capacity, to access a savings vehicle in order to accumulate capital for their project. This collective savings vehicle chosen by the employees is invested in the financial market.
Employees thus benefit from more attractive returns on their savings over a pre-determined period, with periodic contributions through automatic deduction and flexible one-off payments. Members of a PEE have the possibility of benefiting from their employer's contribution (matching).

Terms and conditions
  • Implementation of a PEE regulation;
  • Voluntary contributions from employees materialized by membership forms;
  • Contributions from the company.
