In its capacity as a member of the underwriting syndicate, Finance Gestion et Intermédiation is pleased to inform you of the official launch of the Senegalese Government’s bond issue via a Public Offering (APE) for an amount of 200 billion CFA francs. The funds raised are intended to finance the investments provided for in the State budget for the year 2026. The transaction involves a simultaneous issue in four tranches, as set out below.

  • TRANCHE A: 40 billion CFA francs with a 3-year maturity, at a unit price of 10,000 CFA francs, carrying an annual interest rate of 6.40%, to be repaid by final amortisation with interest paid half-yearly.
  • TRANCHE B: 75 billion CFA francs with a 5-year maturity at a unit price of 10,000 CFA francs, carrying an annual interest rate of 6.60%, repayable by equal half-yearly instalments following a one-year grace period.
  • TRANCHE C: 50 billion CFA francs with a 7-year maturity at a unit price of 10,000 CFA francs, carrying an annual interest rate of 6.75%, repayable by equal half-yearly instalments following a two-year grace period.
  • TRANCHE D : 35 billion CFA francs with a 10-year maturity, at a unit price of 10,000 CFA francs, carrying an annual interest rate of 6.95%, repayable by equal half-yearly instalments following a two-year grace period.

This investment is open to all investors, whether individuals or legal entities, and whether or not they are resident in the WAEMU region. The subscription period runs from 26 February to 19 March 2026.
