La perspective rattach\u00e9e la note de long terme est positive tandis que celle adoss\u00e9e \u00e0 la note de court terme reste stable. La notation a \u00e9t\u00e9 bas\u00e9e sur des facteurs positifs tels qu\u2019une poursuite de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des indicateurs de performance d\u2019exploitation et financi\u00e8re, une bonne qualit\u00e9 du portefeuille des engagements, une refonte du dispositif de contr\u00f4le interne en cours et un soutien fort de l\u2019actionnaire majoritaire, CORIS HOLDING. Cependant, l\u2019agence affirme que la notation reste assujettie \u00e0 quelques contraintes notamment une progression de la collecte des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts et d\u2019octroi de cr\u00e9dits \u00e0 la client\u00e8le, moins importantes que celles de l\u2019ensemble du march\u00e9, un co\u00fbt du risque qui demeure \u00e9lev\u00e9 et un environnement s\u00e9curitaire de plus en plus alarmant.
